Is there any guarantee on Balch Flags products?
All items are protected by our official 30 day guarantee against defects in material and workmanship.

Do you deliver outside North America?
No, we only deliver within the continental United States and Canada.

Is Balch Flags an online store only?
No, we have a store front located at 106 Arterial Road. in Syracuse, New York. We display tons of items in our store and are available Mon-Fri, 8:30am to 5:00pm.

SHIPPING
How does shipping take place?
All shipments are sent by DHL/UPS ground.  Overnight & Second day air will be charged accordingly.

All payments on Balchflags.com are process through PayPal.

ITEMS ON OUR WEBSITE
Are all items in stock, which are shown on your website?

Not all items are in stock, although most are.  If an item is not in stock it takes up to two weeks to receive.  If the item is in stock it will be shipped within 2-3 days of the order being placed.


ORDER PROCESSING
How fast are items shipped once I place my order?
Usually within 2-3 days. Unless an item has to be ordered or your order was placed during the weekend.
